Ourmodified asphalt plant is applicable to produce not only forvarious modified asphalt, such as: SBS, EVA, PE, but also forrubberized asphalt. It is composed of heating tank, main body,Screw feeder, thermal oil heating furnace and controlling system.The main body is mainly consisted of reaction tank, colloid milland electronic weighing system. The production process isautomatically controlled by computer with Dynamic real-timemonitoring display to check a print out the recordtimely.
The plantis characterized by excellent modifying quality, accurate meteringsystem, simple and easy operation, which is a ideal equipment forroad construction of expressway, bridge deck, airport and urbanarterial road.

d) The good mixing result of SBS and asphalt:the inside and outsidefeeding pipes are applied to ensure the even spreading of SBSmodifiers into asphalt, which can save the mixingtime.
e) Engouth time for expension: The SBS granuels will be expanded withthe time passing by after deposition enen though the SBS is alreadyfin engouth, which is not good for the mixing toghther of asphaltand SBS modifier.
f) The grined modifiers is fin and evenly distributed with highmodifying quality and stable performance.
g) Electronic weighing system: it is a reduction weighing design with high precision.The mixing proportion can be ensured.
h) Resonalbe lay out of heating surface and excellent manuafacturingprocess can make an ensurance of the production efficiency andproduct quality.
