1.Functions
1.1 PileDriving Function: TDB Series Pile Driver is designed to install andmaintain highway anti-collision guard rails andguardrail posts. It is also used for the installation ofphotovoltaics (PV), solar cells and panels.

2.1 TDBSeries Pile Driver is composed of the chassis, guide rail,hydraulic system, hydraulic hammer, diesel engine, electrical,cooling and control system, pile extracting equipment and piledrilling equipment. Its characteristics include quick and exactpositioning, compact size, lightweight, self-propelled, agile,ergonomic design, easy operation, high efficiency and a lowprice.
2.2 The towbar is connected with the chassis. In using a tow truck ortrailer to tow the machine to the work site, first it is needed tolay down the tow bar and disengage the clutch. The up and down,longitudinal and transverse shift, horizontal slide of the guiderail are controlled through hydraulic system.
2.3 It hasa very famous Changchai brand diesel engine with electricstarting equipped, has stable performance, simple operation andmaintenance and a very long service life.
2.4 Thecontrol system is equipped with multidirectional control valves andcentralized hydraulic control rods which make the operation simpleand convenient.
2.5 It caninstall piles up to 3m (9.84’) in length, but on request themachine can be supplied with extension guide rail which can installpiles up to 3.5m (11.48’) or even 4m (13.12’) long.
2.6 Thepile drilling motor is hydraulically operated and the drill ispneumatically operated with an air compressor. The drillingequipment comprises of a hydraulic motor, connecting device,connecting rod, pneumatic percussion hammer and a drillbit.
2.7 Thepile driving equipment operates hydraulically under variablehorsepower engines and drills which can be accessorized for jobspecific functions in boring multi-diameter holes into earth, sand,gravel or other soft media as can be found in agricultural or ruralenvironments.
