Excellent Mixing Performance;
1. Horizontal twin-shaft compulsory mixer has the strongmixing ability with uniform mixing and high production output. Theadmixtures are widely mixed by the shafts, and reach the bestproportional ratio of uniform;

Control System
1. The control system of double computers withdouble controls consists of two industrial computers, one isproduction control computer and the other is production managementcomputer. The control system has the followingfunctions:
A. Automatic and manual control, easyoperation;
B. Dynamic display of the productionprocess, and monitoring in real time;
C. Saving of the data ofproduction perimeters in the computer, printing of the daily,monthly, and yearly statistic reports of productioN;
D. Weighing accuracy: automaticre-feeding if there is shortage of weight, warning if there isoverweight;
E. The operators, with theassistance of safety monitoring system, will know and monitor therunning situations of the mixing plant in the controlroom;
2. The management computer is a backup computer for thewhole electric control system. When the control computer is out oforder, the management computer can be changed into the controlcomputer to control production.
3. Long-distance trouble shooting by internet andteleservice, which greatly improves the users ability to troubleshoot the system.
