WorkingProcess:                                                                                                                                             

The materials are heated andmixed in water pot and oil pot to be fully reacted. Sucked intoemulsifying pot by vacuum pump, the materials are stirred by boththe center blade and side scraper, which works on the wall. In theprocess of blade-stirring, the materials are continuously crushed,pressed, folded. Then, the materials are sent to the cut-off mixinguntil where they are finally crushed into small pellets of200μm~2μm. Besides, because of the vacuum in emulsifying pot, thebubbles generated during stirring and mixing process are sucked outfrom materiallotion making machine.

4.Scraping unit is with moveableteflon scrapers to scrape off the materials on the tank wall andthe anchor to move the materials to the center area to get betterblending and mixing. The teflon scrapers are maintained manuallyand easily without any tool.

5.Our vacuum emulsifyingequipment equipped with heating & cooling system whichsimplifies the processing. Within this same equipment, you can dofrom heating-melting-emulsifying-air bubble reduction(byvacuum)-cooling without changing vessels, it saves lot of labor andtime for your production.

6.All contacted parts ofequipments are SUS316L, the product homogenized in vacuum and closevessel can be sanitary and high quality.

7.The measuring of raw materials,the recording of temperature for heating, melting, emulsifying,cooling, and the change of mixing speed, and the vacuum suction canbe controlled.
