1.Coal burning system, and oil burner system as optionation
The quick and high efficient coal crusher canintegrate with timing coal powder supply, crushing coal pieces andhigh pressure conveying coal powder; it can provide the coal powerthat its size is under 50 micron for the burner. The burner takesoil supply device and wind supply device along with itself, oil forignition, wind for combustion-supporting, which can providesufficient heat energy for the mixing plant.
2. Control system
Use heat overload protect breaker, safe andreliable; every part control is integrated on one operationplatform, convenient and shortcut; the equipment has inter-lockoperation and single-machine operation two modes, convenient forequipment debugging and work according to required technics.
3.Mixing mainframe
Integrated with drying, heating and mixing, thestone material formed in-adequacy material waterfall in the dryingsection and go ahead promptly for preheating; and formed sufficientmaterial waterfall and heat quickly in heating section; in mixingsection spraying into asphalt, it makes the stone material andasphalt mixed equably.
4.Material supply system
It can make four different grain sizes stonematerial mixed well according to the construction requiredproportion, through middle filter that can separate the oversizegrain out, the qualified stone material will be conveyed intodrying drum by tilted belt conveyer.
