SS100/100 Material Hoist is a vertical handling machinededicated for materials widely applied in building construction,industrial and mining, multi-storey workshop, warehouse, station,wharf, etc. It is convenient, efficient, and secure.
SS100/100 is set up with safetymultiple protection measures like Floor-selecting and LevelingDevice, Elevating Limiter, Rope Protection Device, Parking SafetyDevice, Bumper, Upper and Lower Height Restrictor, AntiRope-breaking Equipment, among which, the brake performance andbrake slide distance of the Rope Protector are above national standards. It is safe, reliable, and harmless torail-track.
There are two accesses for FloorSelecting and Leveling:
1. Manual Control, which is direct control by theoperator.
2. Computer Automatic Positioning System (Optional fororder), which can easily realize floor-selecting and levelingwithout manual stop or point car leveling, reducing the difficultyof manipulation, convenient and precise.
SS100/100 adoptsWall-attaching Device instead of Wind Rope, along withself-erection and dismantling unit (Derrick), easy for handling andtransportation.
SS100/100 has 2types: Single-caged and Double-caged, optional for users. Thestandard sections of Double-caged are 4 pieces of ø76 * 4 seamlesssteel pipes, which can also be taken as guide rail, while those theSingle-caged are 2 ø51 * 4 pipes.
