Features of Type TL-QDJ-L

Its way of working is different from the Type TL-QDJ-A or Bwithout turning, but just conveying straightforward and horizontalcutting, another difference is it suitable to work for larger size(such as larger width) of tiles and bricks. The Max. length andwidth of the tiles to be cut can reach to 1200mm and 460mmseparately.

The main feature of this machine is the extraordinary conveying& cutting mechanism, which perfect designed and made withtechnique know-how. It needs only 3.75 seconds to go though wholeprocess working, including several steps of clay column beingconveyed, rough cut to the length of beforehand fixed (such asL=1300mm), pushed to cutter and then exact cut to size.
