Ready Mixed Concrete,or RMC as it is popularly called, refers to concrete that isspecifically manufactured for delivery to the customer''sconstruction site in a freshly mixed and plastic or unhardenedstate. Concrete itself is a mixture of Portland cement, water andaggregates comprising sand and gravel or crushed stone. Intraditional work sites, each of these materials is procuredseparately and mixed in specified proportions at site to makeconcrete. Ready Mixed Concrete is bought and sold by volume -usually expressed in cubic meters. RMC can be custom-made to suitdifferent applications.
Ready Mixed Concreteis manufactured under computer-controlled operations andtransported and placed at site using sophisticated equipment andmethods. RMC assures its customers numerous benefits.
Our concrete batchplants employ computer aided control to assist in fast, accuratemeasurement of input constituents or ingredients, as well as tietogether the various parts and accessories for coordinated and safeoperation. With concrete performance so dependent on accurate watermeasurement, systems will often use moisture probes to measure theamount of water that is part of the aggregate (sand and rock)material while it is being weighed, and then automaticallycompensate the mix design water target.
In ourcompany, all plants exported to foreign users must be installedwith mixer from the famous mixer maufacturer Italian Sicoma andGerman Siemens or Japanese controller, aiming at improve thequality and stability of the plant and also the concrete to beproduced. This significantly change the way our plants work andimprove their ability for constant operation while compared toChinese mixers and controllers.
