LDH dry mortar mixer mainly consists ofconveying system, horizontal body, shears and fly bars, With thefunction of the plough-shear, on one hand the material moving alongthe inner side of the drum body circumferehentially and radially,on th other hand, the material was being splashed along the normalof the double side of the shears, when the material touched the flybars.
It is thrown by the fly bars with high rotary speed, with themultiplex function of the plough shears and fly bars, the materialis convecting, espanding and turning over, so that it could obtaina good mixing efficiency in a short time.
Its structure is suitable for mixing the solid at the same timeadding the liquid, and also for mixing wet granules which diameteris ranging from 0. 3-3mm.
