1. Functions
1.1 PileDriving Function: YZ Series Pile Driver is designed to install andmaintain highway anti-collision guard rails and solar posts, and isespecially applicable for driving guardrail posts at newlyconstructed highways. 2.1 YZSeries Pile Driver is composed of the chassis, guide rail,hydraulic arm, hydraulic system, hydraulic hammer, diesel engine,electrical, cooling and control systems, pile extracting equipmentand pile drilling equipment. Its characteristics include quick andexact positioning, compact size, lightweight, self-propelled,agile, ergonomic design, easy operation, high efficiency and a lowprice.
2.2 The towbar is connected with the chassis. In using a tow truck or trailerto tow the machine to the work site, first it is needed to lay downthe tow bar and its chain disconnected. The up and down,longitudinal and transverse shift, horizontal slide of thehydraulic arm are controlled through the hydraulicsystem.
2.3 Thehydraulic hammer or pile drilling equipment is installedat the front end of the hydraulic arm. The hydraulic arm carriesthe hammer or pile driving equipment downward and upward along itstrack for pile driving or drilling by the hydraulic system. 2.4 It hasvery famous Changchai brand diesel engine with electric startingequipped, has stable performance, simple operation and maintenanceand a very long service life.
2.5 Thecontrol system is equipped with multidirectional control valves andcentralized hydraulic control rods which make the operation simpleand convenient.
2.6 It caninstall piles up to 3m (9.84’) in length, but on request themachine can be supplied with extension guide rail which can installpiles up to 3.5m (11.48’) or even 4m (13.12’) long.
2.7 Thepile drilling motor is hydraulically operated and the drill ispneumatically operated with an air compressor. The drillingequipment comprises of a hydraulic motor, connecting device,connecting rod, pneumatic percussion hammer and a drillbit.
