Four BinFeeder: For cold aggregate storage -capacity 60 tons. Each bin having independentdischarge gate & variable speed auxiliary belt drive forproportioning of aggregates.
Single DeckVibratory Screen: For oversize material removal.Screen mesh size 40 mm.
SlingerConveyor: Endless rubber belt conveyor –7.5 mtrs. long driven by 7.5 HPAC motor & shaft mounted gear box.
RotaryDrum: For drying, heating & mixing ofaggregates with asphalt (bitumen) and filler material. Drumø 1800 mm x 8000 mm length, chain driven by 40.0HP AC Motor & worm reduction gearbox.
DryerBurner: High pressure jet, two stage burnersuitable for LDO & Diesel fuel.
Primary DustCollector: Multi cone type with worm screw ismounted on same chassis of Rotary Drum and is fitted adjacent tohot mix asphalt output chamber.
Load OutConveyor: Heat Resistant endless rubber beltconveyor – 9.5 mtrs. long driven by 7.5 HPAC motor & shaft mounted gear box. Hydraulicallyoperated Gob Hopper is fitted at the discharge end of conveyor todeliver the hot mix asphalt in to the tipper withoutsegregation.
AsphaltTank: Insulated round shape asphalt storage tank of20, 000 liters - 2 Nos. The main tank is fittedwith bitumen pumping station consisting of 5.0 HP variablespeed AC Motor coupled with worm reduction gearbox &jacketed bitumen pump.
Mineral FillerUnit: Consists of 2.5 tonscapacity hopper with rotary valve, driven by 2.0 HP ACvariable speed motor, to deliver the filler material intothe mixing zone of Rotary Drum. The filler material is conveyedpneumatically by 5.0 HP blower.
FuelTank: Storage capacity 4000 ltrs.with piping.
Secondary DustCollector: Wet Scrubber type with Venture Duct& nozzles to absorb the dust & gases escaping from PrimaryDust Collector. System supplied with 5.0 HPmonoblock water pump. Exhaust Blower fitted on the same chassiswith 40.0 HP AC Motor.
ControlPanel: Electronic Control Panel with Printer foroperating & controlling the Asphalt Plant.
ControlCabin: Insulated Cabin with Air Conditioner forhousing the control panel and operating the Asphalt Plant.
