The automatic dosing system is afull-automatic agent control system which can automatically prepareand add dry powder flocculant and liquid coagulant, monitor theslurry sedimentation status in the concentrator and adjust theagent mass. It is generally composed of three parts: 1) agentpreparation system; 2) agent addition system; 3) monitoring controlsystem.

1. It saves the agent and reduces theproduction cost.

The automatic dosing system controls thematerial feeding pump with the in-time monitor signal and adjuststhe dosage according to the sedimentation and overflow condition ofthe concentrator so as to avoid the arbitrary and inaccurate manualdosing, reduce the cost and improve theefficiency.

2. It guarantees the continuous andstable production and reduces the productionaccident.

The automatic dosing system always keepsappropriate dosing mass. On the one hand, the excessiveflocculation due to too much agent does not exist; On the otherhand, it can avoid too high concentration of the overflow water andreduced handling capacity due to too littleagent.

3. It reduces the labor intensity and isconvenient for production management.

The automatic dosingsystem needs only once manual addition of dry powder. Other workcan be completed by the system automatically to save laborgreatly.
