MW5 Series Magnet ExcavatorLifting Scraps is suitablefor transferring cast ingots, steelballs and kinds of steel scraps.
Features:
1. It adopts a special magneticcircuit design which has large air space and magnetism density. Itis made of aluminum wire and the coil protection plate is made ofthe rolled high Mn steel plate that has good performance ofwear-resistance and heat-proof. It also has the characteristics oflight weight, low power consumption, high lifting capacity and longserving life.
2. This series has fineinsulation structure. The insulation treatments adopt the vacuumdrying & glue filling, which has improved the electrical andmechanical performance of the coils .The insulation grade can reachclass special C.
3. It generally adopts thecontrol mode of constant voltage. It can further improve thelifting capacity if changing to adopt the control mode of overexcitation.
4. With special structure, it is suitable forworking with Excavator.
