1.Goodsmooth finish, uniform shape and high precision. It''sconducive to material conveying, reduce the product damage, and toincrease the transporting efficiency.

2.Easy toinstallation, improve the work efficiency and reduce theproduction cos.
3.Under the physical and chemical surface treatment, the spiralsenhances the anti-rust property and improves the appearance ofscrew conveyors.
4.After cold rolling, the spirals will be hardened, which willenhance greatly the rigidity and the wear-resistance, say by onetime. The HB value is 240.
