FB-WFL/M Conveyor Weigh Feeder, absorbingGermany Schenck technology (replacing DEL/DEM scale of GermanySchenck), is perfect equipment for continuous weighing, feeding anddosing of bulk material and powder, and can also realize open-loopand closed loop flow control.We have two models: WFL, WFM. Operation:
Theworking principle of High Quality Weigh feeder is installedthe Electrical weighing device under the belt, when the materialworks on the load cell which can generate a signal in proportion tothe material weight and the signal is transmitted to thecontroller. At the same time, the speed sensor installed on thetail pulley detects the belt speed and generates a signal which isalso transmitted to the controller. By multiplying the weightsignal and the speed signal, the instantaneous flow rate and totalaccumulation can be calculated.
