Lifting motor

The conic motor with large traction is employed to suit for frequent direct start during 

course of interval work.CD1 model is equipped with ZD-style single-speedmotor, and MD1 with ZDS style double-speed motor:the ration betweenthe normal speed and low speedis 10:1.

Reducer

All reducers adopt 3-level slanting teeth except 0.25ton electric hoistwhich is equipped with straight-tooth plant transmission mechanism.The gears andshafts are made up of alloy steel or quality carbon steel.Heat treatment is conducted to 

ensure their reliability and lift.Finally,the box-body and box-cover made of castiron are both well shake-reducingand sealed tightly.

Drum

The drum is made of cast-iron or seamless steel and transmits force through splines.The 

sheel of the drum is made of welded steel plates.This is the core part of the electric hoist,

whose top is connected to traveling mechanism via compensation beams,the two ends 

connected to  lifting reducer and motor respectively and the bottom cooperates with the 

hook via wire-ropes.On the top-front of the cover installed the position-limiter’sguiding bars.

Hook

The hook is forged of peculiar steel and connected to its shell through cross beam via 

pulling-ball bearing so that the hook can rotate freely 5-ton hook is of single-pulley styleand the 10-ton double pulley style.
