1.CD wire rope electric hoist is light and small crane machinery, which can be fixed on single or double girder, bridge crane, portal crane and hanger crane. It is often used in factories, mines, docks, ports, storage houses, workshops etc., which is the necessary machinery to raise labor productivity and improve working conditions.
2. CD wire rope electric hoist can be widely used in hoist heavy objects or installed on the straight or curve I-steel beam of Single-girder Cranes. They can also be used together with Electric Hoist Double-beam, gantry crane and slewing cranes. All the above has made the electric hoists common in industrial and ore enterprises, railway, wharfs and warehouses.
Difference:
The lifting speed of CD1 type is general speed, it can satisfy the requirements of general use; the lifting speed of MD1 type has two lifting speed: general speed and slow speed. When worked in slow speed, it can satisfy the requirement of precision loading and unloading, examine and repair machine tool etc precision work. Therefore, the useful scope of MD1 is wider than CD1 type

Motor: Hoist Motor is ataper type rotor motor with braking, it is made by Nanjing specialmotor factory, it is of the best quality motors, it has biggertorque, so it can be adapted to moving frequently, the Maximumtorque is 2.4-3 times than the rated torque.
Gear Box: Hoist Gear Box hasspecially treated gears for high wear resistance. Each Geared Shaftassembly is supported on ball or roller bearings, to ensure smooth,low-friction operation.
Wire Rope: Hoisting ropes complywith the exporting standards. The leading rope taken by the Drumdoes not slip sideways when slack. The factor of safety, on thenominal breaking strength of the rope is six.
Rope Drum: Grooved Drum, seamlesspipe of adequate length to be wounded in one layer and to provideproper support for the rope to minimize abrasive wear is provided.Drum Shaft resolves on Ball Bearings for ensuring smoothrunning.
Electric apparatus controllingsystem: Model CD1 and MD1 is composed of thecontactor box, controlling switch, cut-off limiter, the workingvoltage of controlling switch is 380V, 36V or 24V(safetyvoltage).
Rope Guide: Rope Guide is in twohalves, ensuring easy accessibility. It encircles the Drumcompletely so that the rope may not uncoil even when the Hoist isin unloaded condition. The rope guides of our company is thickenedand dilated, so that it is not easy to be damaged.
Hook: The Hook Block is tested to150 % of full load before assembly. The rope sheaves are fullyguarded with protective steel casting. All sheaves rotate on ballbearing the pulley is thicken and dilated than domestic commonpulley.
