Stacker 

The stacker can achieve the functions of automatic grasping, moving 

the blocks, stacking the blocks and resetting to its position. It can reserve

 a space between each block when stacking the blocks, so as enable high 

compressed steam to go through every side of the block easily, the steam

 curing cycle would be shorted. The grasper can be closed, released and 

turned according to requirement when moving the block, it will put the block 

into a crossform. Avoiding the blocks move when stacking the blocks and the 

curing car was transporting the blocks. The stacker can grasp different kinds 

of blocks only by some simple adjusting. The stacker can achieve the precise 

positioning of three dimensional by using Phototube and Rotary encoder.
