• IYJ-C series hydraulic mooring winches consist of valve blockwith function of brake and overload protection, hydraulic motor,planetary gearbox, belt brake, tooth clutch, drum capstan head,frame etc. Users only have to equip with hydraulic power pack anddirectional valves.

Due to fit with valve block, not only simplified the design ofhydraulic system but also improved the reliability fo drives. Andthe winch series could have CT function if fitted with constanttension valve block. In addition, compared with the traditionalmooring winches, total transmission efficiency of the series isimproved 6-10% and energy loss is lower because fo closed planetarygearbox instead of open gear, and rolling bearing instead oftegular sliding bearing.
