Weldingmanipulator is used when the weld head has to be moved toa position relativeto the work piece. It provide the perfectsolution as the boom can be liftedand lowered on the column and canbe extended or retracted as required, Theends of boom are machinedto carry a welding head; and can composed of autowelding mechanicalequipment via welding rotator, welding p-ositioner andwelder,widely applied to industries such as boiler, pressure vessel,petroleum, chemical industry and mechanism.
Structure : stationary,stationary and revolve, moving and revolve type.
Cross section of boom andcolumn are rectangular-sec-tion beams, withdouble-rail, welded intoshape, stress-relieved andmechanical machinedfinely, ensuring higher precision.
Droopingof boom alonghorizontal travel is 2mm/m. Boom lifting deviceincludingratchet-type anti-dripping unit on the column, safe andreliable to preventc-hains from incidental broken.
Guide roller is eccentricstructure, decrease clearance between roller and railsurface,ensuring smooth and no shivering boom travel.
Column revolve unit hasmotor driven and manual d-rive type.
Control box includescontrol box and pendant, interface with positioner androtator alsoprepared.
