Impact idlers cushion materialimpacts associated with loading areas, thereby extending belt life. Idlers include aheavy reinforced frame and rubber disc rolls to maximize impactabsorption. idlers are a proven design to reduce your overall costsin loading areas.
Absorbs impact at loading and delivery points toprotect belt from damage. The rings absorb the shock of thefalling material thus increasing the belt life. Rubber discs can bereplaced as required.

Theaxle is according to standard tolerance and manufactured by finecold drag steel. The bearing housing has been manufactured afterstamping many times by the cold griped steel. The idler shell andbearing housing have been welded together by the automatic weldingmachinery hand. Then it forms a whole high strengthstructure.
