Manipulator is composed of carriage travller, rotation unit, lockunit, lifting unit, controliing system
l Column and beamadopt high quality steel structure with good rigidity. Both ofcolumn and beam are rectangle structure. The guide rail ismanufactured by Q235/45 steel. During welding, the beam travelingis stable and there is no tremble that would influence the weldingperformance.
l The beam up &down, stretching, column motorized rotation and traveling trolleyadopt imported international famous AC transducer to adjust speedwhich would realize step-less adjusting, digital display, and theparameters can be preset. The transducer has emergency stop, overcurrent, over voltage and over moment protection.
l Column rotationadopts German HRS technology high precision rotation bearing whichis high precision, smart rotation to assure the convenientoperation. Welding head is small distortion while the beamstretching. The column rotation has two modes: manual andmotorized. It can be locked by manual or pneumatic to assure thesafety.
l Anti-drop device hasbeen installed on the beam. When accident happens, it will startautomatically and immediately to avoid the beam drop. It highlyincreases the safety of working environment.
l The manipulator canintegrate TIG, MIG/MAG, PAW, SAW and other welding method.
l Traveling trolleyadopts standard steel rail as the traveling rail. Trolley has twomodes: traveling by manual and traveling by motorized control.There is the break system in the operating system and rail nip kitbetween the trolley and the rail in order to assure the safeoperation.
l The manned platformcan be traveling with the beam.
l The manipulator hasthe synchronized connection with the welding turning rolls, weldingpositioner and other assistant welding equipments made by us. Theremote-control pendant of manipulator can control start/stop,FWD/REV and speed of positioner and turning rolls.
If adopting PLCcontroller, the manipulator can control ALC arc length controller,TIG wire feeding unit, and welding seam trackingsysteml If adopting PLCcontroller, the manipulator can control ALC arc length controller,TIG wire feeding unit, and welding seam tracking system.
