TD75 belt conveyorhas features like large transportation amount, simple structure,convenient maintenance, low cost and strong commonality. For theseadvantages, it is widely used in mining, metallurgy, coal,transportation and hydropower industries etc. for transporting bulkmaterials as well as other goods. This machine can be used alone ormade up a level or gradient transport system with otherconveyors.
It is used in15 ~ 40°C range, and the conveying material temperature is under50°C. With the need of explosion-proof, waterproof, anticorrosionand heat resistant, cold resistant and other special conditions,the further measures should be taken. The loose density of theconveying should be under 2.5 t/ m3.
Part 2, Remark
1.Theconveying capacity, conveying distance and hoisting height shouldbe provided when order.
2.Generallythe transmission form is electric roller drum; please indicate itif you want to have the slow down form of mechanical and electricalmachine.
3.The non-slip belt shall be matched according to user''s specialrequirements.
