The belt conveyor manufactured by our company has the advantagesof big conveying capacity, simple structure, convenient maintenanceand standardized parts; it is widely used in industries of mine,metallurgy and coal to convey bulky materials and finishedproducts. According to different technical requirements, it canconvey materials singly or coordinately. Working temperature isbetween -20oC and 40 oCand the temperature ofconveyed material is under &50oC.
1. The conveying quantity is worked out by the followingconditions: material density isbetween 1.0t/m3-1.6t/m3; conveyorobliquity is less than 18°and the material stockpile angle is30°.
2. Density of material is less than 2.5t/m3.
3. The conveying length is not restricted to theform; different length can be manufactured according tocustomers'' demands.
2. Working principle of beltconveyor
The motor drives the driving rollers of the belt conveyor, anddrives the roller by the strong belt advances. Materials areconveyed from the original place to the place where they areneeded.
