Operating principleFOR extensible belt conveyor
The scope of temperature suitable for using belt conveyoris-20°--- 40°and the temperature of materials conveyed should bebelow 50º. In order to confirm the weight of materials on therubber belt, materials to be transported should be weighed byweightometer first. At the same time, digital speed detectionsystem installed in the rear is continuously measuring theoperating speed of feeder which should be directly proportional tothe velocity pulse output. Speed signal and weight signal aretogether transmitted to the controller of the feeder and detectedby the microprocessor of the controller, thus the materials’accumulation and instaneous flowrate can be showed out. Finally,the results measured should be compared with the flowrate set andthe controller controls belt conveyor under the help of theinformation. So it is easy to achieve quantitative feed.
