Applications:

Lift Magnets Series MW5 issuitable for transferring cast ingots, steel balls and kinds ofsteel scraps. 

 

 

Features:

1. Duty Cycle is 75% with highoperation frequency. The working efficiency and operation speedhave improved greatly, compared with the standardseries.

 

2. It adopts the control mode ofstrong excitation (DC-290V/ DC-200V), which can improve the liftingcapacity greatly.

 

3. Large-sized lifting Magnet canadopt the control mode of over excitation (DC-350V/ DC-290V/DC-200V), which can increase the current speed and play strongerlifting capacity.

 

 

Threetypes for option:

1.Normal temperature type (DC-220V TD-60%): for lifting normaltemperature steel scraps.

2.High frequency type (DC-220V TD-75%): for lifting normaltemperature steel scraps in high frequency use.

3.High temperature type (DC-220V TD-60): for lifting high temperaturesteel scraps or lift steel scraps in high temperatureenvironment.

Note:

 

Rectifying ControlEquipment is used to rectify the AC power to suitable DCpower and control the operation of the Lifting Magnet.

 

Cable Reel isused to coil the cable automatically for the LiftingMagnet.

 

Cable Connector is used toconnect the cable between Lifting Electromagnet and CableReel.
