    For severalyears hard work, our company has successfully developedthe Ultrasonic Automatic Bagging Machine,  is used towelding the film, generally for wood effect transfer process. Weare the first and onlysupplier of the machine is China, which gets patent certificate andCE Marks. The baggingmachine is using the Ultrasonic Welding technology to fuse the HeatTransfer Film together. Under the influence of the ultrasound, theHeat Transfer Film starts to vibrate. Two layer of the film startedto create friction and heat in an instant leading to their meltingpoint hence the film are being welded together. Siemens TouchScreen operating, PLC control, with Danfoss Inverter regulate thewelding speed. The highest speed is 23 meter/minute.
