Latest Induction Cap Sealing Technology, to create alternative,airtight, hermetic seals on the necks of containers. The processcan produce significant cost savings in the PackagingProcess.

The seal is strong, flexible & yet easy to remove and providesprotection against contamination. Induction heating allows heatsensitive products such as creams, petroleum products, Herbalshampoos etc. which would normally gets spoiled or catch fire onnormal heat sealing to be sealed.

Thesealing takes place without any direct contact which allows fullpotential of the filling plant to beutilized.

The process of Induction Cap Sealing is based on the principle thata conductive material i.e. Al Foil heats up on exposure to highfrequency magnetic field generated by an InductionUnit.

This is a non contact process without direct heat transfer. Due tothis, the sealable closure liner can be placed in the cap by themanufacturer. The Wad consists of a board packing material, a waxlayer, Aluminum foil and a sealable film.

The screw cap combination passes through the induction unit afterclosure of the container. When the container is under the inductionhead, heat is developed into the Aluminum layer. The wax layerstarts to melt and penetrates into the boardlayer.
