Function and Characteristic:
TDTG Series Bucket Elevator is one of the mosteconomical means for granular or pulverulent products handling.Buckets are fixed on belts vertically to transfer material. Thematerials are fed into TDTG Series Bucket Elevator from thebottom and discharged from the top.

- Efficiently avoid the accumulation of productsand minimize the breakage of grain. The bucket elevator can operatecontinually under full load condition and can start smoothly underbucket full. And 1/3 boot full condition.
- The head and boot sections of TDTG Series BucketElevator are completely dismountable and are fitted withreplaceable wear resistant buffer plates. The inspection doors areequipped with on both sides of the head and boot sections.
- The belts to be at least three layers of rubberwith nylon but depend on capacity and height of elevator.
- The casings are of flanged connection with therubber gaskets, and have the exact dimensional accuracy andprecision of fit of flange connections.
- All pulleys are statically and dynamicallybalanced. All pulleys are rubber covered for a high resistancewithout slide.
- Pulley bearings are of the double row sphericalself-aligning type, dust sealed, mounted outside the casing.
- The take-up system is located at the boot sectionof bucket elevator.
- China best gear box or gear motor. Beveled typewith hardening teeth gear box, fully enclosed, oil splashlubrication. Germany SEW gear box is available to meet customers’special requirement.
- Complete set of safety unit: Each tailpulley shaft is fitted with a speed sensor; Backstop unit toprevent the belt from falling backwards in the event of a powerfailure.
- Steel buckets or polymeric buckets are allavailable.

- TDTG Series Bucket Elevator is widely applied inthe wheat, rice, oil seeds or other grain silo storage transferringsystem thanks to its high capacity.
- TDTG Series Bucket Elevator is also used inflour mill, rice mill, feed mills and other grain processingplant.
