Pellets features:
After forming the straw charcoal, the fuel boastsmaller size with greater weight, high burning rate , easy to storeand convenient to transport, and its size is only equal to 1 / 30of the original straw and its density is 0.9-1.4g / cm3, and itscalorific value can reach about 3500-5500 kilocalorie, so it can becalled as high-volatile solid fuels.

1.Crushing process:
Wood crusher which can crushed the raw material into sawdust shape ,under 6mm,which is suitable for the dryer and pellet machine.It can crush straw,stalk, tree branches, nutshell, wood shavings,wood waste board, leaves, palm fiber ,etc.
2.Dring process
Air flash wood dryer or drum wood dryer which can dry the material under the moisture of 8%,which is suitable for pellet forming.The dryer use hot air accompany with material and evaporated rapidly .
3.Wood pellet mill:
Pelllet machine convert the biomass material into pellet ,the length can be customed.
4.Cooling process
You can use a cooling fan or cool it by nature only a few minutes ,some times when it come through a 8 m belt conveyor it will being cooled.
5.Packing and bagger:
After cooling the semi-automatic quantative packing machine can pack the pellet into bag with quantative weight.
