Structure andworking principle of  wooden powder mill

1. fine wood powder grinder mill contains main body, middle bodyand lower body. We install triplet stator wheel, pulverizing bladewheel and fineness sensor in the middle body of the machine.

2. Pulverizing blades: ‘7’ shaped blade, horizontal blade andeccentric blade.

3. The machine also contains blower, powder collector and dustcollector.

4. The motor of this machine drives the rotor to rotate with ahigh speed. And the blades inside the machine start to cut andpulverize the material into wood powder.

5. The fineness sensor can separate the powder with requiredfineness.

How to adjustthe output powder fineness of wooden powdermill

 1. Fineness range: 30-500 mesh. The yield and fineness maydiffer from different materials.

2. The air volume can be adjusted too.

3. We can move the fineness sensor up or down to change theoutput powder fineness.
