Hengxinjia MF50C is a semi-automatic edge banding machine withmulti-functions, using advanced mechanical structure, which makesthe machine have more stable performance and more convenientoperation.
This machine is mainly used for the straight edge banding ofMDF, Solid wood boards, PVC Board and Shaving Board. It alwaysapplies to the manufacturers who produce panel type furniture.
1) Finetrimming unit, with two individual high frequency motors, trim theexceeding edge on both top and bottom sides of the panel, to makesmooth arc shape.
2) Scraping unit, remove corrugation trail on the edges caused bytrimming, make both sides of the panel smooth and tidy. With airblow function, it can prevent removed edge tapes from trapping onpolishing wheels.
3) Buffing unit is for cleaning of the edge, it''s constituted bytwo independent motors and two cotton polishing wheels.
