2,Description of the product:
For raw materialswith heavy humidity which is above 12%, you need to install a Dryerbefore further processing. This Air Current Type Dryer can reducethe humidity of wood materials below 12% per time. The Cost of thisAir Current Dryer is much lower than Rotary Dryer.
It is professionallydesigned for drying different kinds of wood sawdust. It hasadvantages of low cost, low consumption, high capacity, easyoperation and maintainace, etc. In addition, the round places ofpipes can be changed to any angle which can save space and solveplant dimension limitation.
3. Feature of theproduct:
Regarding HGJ-I andHGJ-II Type Dryer , it is suitable to process materials whichmoisture content between 20%-25%.It can reduce the MS to 8%-12% onedrying time.
Regarding HGJ-III,it is suitable to process materials which moisture content between35%-50%.It can reduce the humidity to 8%-12% one drying time. Thatmeans it can reduce approx.30% for one drying time. But if thehumidity of materials is lower than 35%, the capacity will beincreased with less of fuel.
All of round placescan be adjusted to any angle of 360 centigrade degree according tooperation request. Clients can change the angle of dryers’ base onthe production field
