Usage:
This veneer drying machine is used to dry face veneer, back veneer,long middle-thickness veneer, and middle-thickness veneer withvarious dimensions.
Characteristics:
1. Expensive stainless mesh-beltwith dense mesh has been adopted to dry veneers and make them tidyand clean on surface.
2. “S” type transportation inthis dryer ensures required planeness and degree of finish onveneers.
3. Air circulation system of windpressure style and centrifugal blowers which have been mounted ontop have been used. High wind pressure and large air volume can bereached.
4. Radiator is made of steel andaluminum which has the advantage of good heat conduction and largeradiating area.
5. The air flow acts on theveneers evenly by ways of circulating horizontally and sprayedvertically.
6. Optional drying speed andheating temperature according to the thickness and moisture contentof veneers is available by the individual controls onhigh-temperature and low-temperature areas.
7. Equipped with Mitsubishibranded inverter, ABB motors and SpiraxSarco steam trap, thisveneer dryer enjoys high performance.
8. Drying area and cooling areaare connected by brush roller instead of mesh-belt which will savemore energy on both heating and cooling.
9. Two ways of heating includingoil type and steam type.
