Features

The machine is suitable for machining the straight gear, spiralgear, cylindrical gear and worm wheel etc. The herringbone gearwithout recess can be machined by end milling cutter and incooperation with reversing mechanism.

1. end millingcutter The end milling cutter used for singlegear indexing and disc milling cutter used for automatically cyclemachining and also for single gear indexing by single button.

2. high accuracy Theaccuracy is not less than 7 grade by gear hobbing process and 8grade by single gear indexing.

3. table centringThe table centering is by means of hydrostatic bearing and pressoil supplied through gear oil divider. The single worm transmittingused for Y31500 machine and there are two mate setting washes.

4. main motor Mainmotor is DC motor and adopting V57silicon speed control system.

5. double pitch wormThe double pitch worm used for machine then no necessary to adjustthe worm in radial and get good mating condition.

6. programmablecontroller The machine is controlled byprogrammable controller and makes the all automatic cycling processvariable and reliable.
