Sawdust Briquette Machine:

 

SawdustBirquette Machine, also called "sawdust forming machine", is thekey equipment of wood charcoal production line. Before briquettingprocess, raw materials will be processed first to get standard sizeand water content. Then briquette machine will press them intostick shape, solid with high density under high pressure and highvoltage.  Diameter ofthe sitck can be adjusted according to your own detailedrequirement by changing the moulding tube. Usually from 40mm to80mm.

 

Auxitliary equiupment of briquette machine in thewhole charcoal line: crushe, dryer and carbonizationfurnace.

Crusher isto reduce the size of wood to 3-5mm;

Dryer is tocontrol the moisture at 8-12%, too dry or too wet will makethe stick loose;

Carbonizationfurnace is to carbinize the briquette into charcoal, usually itwill about 5-6 houts;

 

 

Raw materials could be: sawdust, rice husk, coconutshell, cotton stalk, corn cob, straw, empty fruit tree, small treebranches, etc. It can be the mixture of two or more than two kindof materials.
