This is flat die straw pellet machine for pressing allkinds of bio-mass material to be solid pellets which is for burningfuel or animal feeding. Its ideal pellet press for personal, familyand small plants due to easy operation and maintenance.The workable raw material canbe any type of Agro waste; Fodder, Chemical; Forestry wastes;lumber leftover; Saw dust; Wood Chips and so on.

It canmake the fullest use of natural resources,have good rigidity, perfect smoothness,long
shelf lifeand standard degree of moistness.The fodder will be nearly cookedduring the
processing which can greatly increase theproportion of take-in nutrition.And reduce the zymolysis time of fertilizers.
2.AppliedRange:
The woodpelletizer can be used for heat daily or mixed fodder by corn,beans, straw, grass meal, sawdust, bamboo etc.
3. Material size:
The length of the material cannot exceed the diameter of the diehole. Please ensure the rightsize of Raw material, or else, they will easily damage themachine.
For example, if the diameter of the die hole was 6mm, the length ofthe Material could not be longer than 6mm.
4. Raw materials moisturecontent:
Due to different kinds of rawmaterials, the requirements to the moisture are different. Usuallywe require sawdust moisture content 10%-18% while mix the materialsevenly.
5.Working principle:
Thebiomass material has been on the die through the feed hopper. Thepress roller has been driven by principle axis, then press rollerhas extend the material to the nib, the material has been shaped tothe cylindrical pellet in the nib for certain time and would be cutthe rotary slicer, then moved to the discharge hole.
