Performances andFeatures of CNC double mitre saw
- Applying to sawing sorts of aluminum profiles fordoors/windows and curtain walls by cutting at any anglesbetween 22.5º-90º-135º.
- High quality servo motors are adopted. LCD touching displayscreen for operating control, through which the cutting lengths andangles are inputted. The automatic positioning for profiles lengthand angle is available.
- Saw-straight-outgoing mode, connected parallelly withhydro-pneumatic control system, so as to ensure the feedingstability of the saw blades at stepless speed.
- The two sets of clamping cylinders clamp the profiles from twodifferent directions horizontally and vertically, that makes theclamps more reliable.
- Hard alloy blade, automatic cooling spray device
- Attached holding rack makes clamping easier.
