Thanks to this alliance, we are glad to introduce you the ledmodule LL_F12T7815W9B, a new own design which commercializationwill start on June 2013.

This module uses the new Everlight''s chip type S, thatwill replace the old design 5050 in the next years because, thanksto is new internal layout, gives twice luminosity and a fail ratio8 times lower, with pure colors and homogeneousluminosity.

Quality

 We have already mentioned it, but we have not detailed ityet. We can offer warranties of 3 years due to the great resistanceof materials and intelligent design used. Schematically explainedin the following points>

  • Each ledworks in parallel and individually within each module.
  • The basematerial of integrated circuits is resistant to heat andmoisture.
  •Components are assembled with a double seal with anti-vibrationprotection.
  • Theexteral housing is fireproof, thick and tight.
  • Our resine is ultra-transparent, long life and highresistance, keeping each module hermetic.

  • Eachmodule is shipped pre-tested.

  • We haveCE and RoHS certificates, and any other test certificate can beperformed.

On the top its shows both sies ofthe integrated circuits. The back side is ready to be doublewelding.   At the bottom we have a housing.Not cheapen production efforts on this part, so we can assureinsulation, and it effectively protects against numerousenvironmental factors.

Quality control

The level of exigency that ou demand we apply it to ourengineering department. We submit to all the models to a serie oftests such as>
  • Resistance to freshwater.
  • Resistance to salad water.
  • Resistance to acids.
  • Thermal resistance.
  • Fire resistance.
  • Resistance to electrical surges.
  • Life span measurements working 18 hours/day

Also, before each shipment, our operators check the operation ofeach module individually, so the ratio of defective produts is0%.

Tests pictures:

Although not shown all due tolack of space, here we see the first 3 tests and how they canactually dive in an keep working.   Both pictures from below areobscured due to the intense brightness of the LEDs, but it wasdaylight and the room was bathed in daylight noon.

This is a clear exampledifferentiator. After working for 6 months submerged in salt water,all modules keep the same brightness of the first day.   The advantage is obvious andclear. No need maintenance, do not require returns of soldmaterial, and prestige will increase over time.

Certificates

All models have the CE and RoHS certificates because are themost requested. Also this certificates are printed in every bag andevery box we deliver.

Delivery

We have bags of different sizes to minimize the shipping cost.For example 35x25x23 cm, 45.5x25x46 cm o 53.5x38.5x38.6cm.

We package giving priority to the safety of the product,according to the amount to ship the products are first bagged andthen introduced in small boxes for being, finally, put insidelarger ones. once we calculate the weight, they are secured with ayellow plastic strip to prevent its opening until arrival to yourcompany.

Each bag and box are individually labeled with barcode,specifying model, technical data, quantities and certificates amongothers.

Thanks to our contracts with forwarders, we can offer youexcellent fast and cheap services.
