INSTALLATION
Your solar light panel must be installed in a sunny locationwhere it will receive maximum sunlight during daytime hours. Anycover that shades the solar panel will affect its ability to absorbsunlight and decrease the amount of brightness and duration of theLED light.
The selected location should not be near a night time lightsource such as porch light, street light, etc., as this light mayprevent the solar light from automatically turning on.
The solar panel can be positioned in the ground with the tubeand pointed stake or a flat surface with the wall mounting bracket.The stake should be pushed into the ground until it is firmly inplace. If the ground is too hard, soak the area with water tosoften it. once the tube and stake is in place, attach the solarpanel. If you wish to attach the solar panel to a flat surface, usetwo of the provided screws to fasten the wall mounting bracket toan appropriate surface, drywall anchors are provided. once the wallmounting bracket is in place, attach the solar panel. Be sure thesolar panel is pointed towards sun. At least 8 hours of exposure tosunlight is required to illuminate the light strand.

OPERATION
Switch the button to ON & charge battery for at least 8hours before first time use.
FUNCTION
Mode selection-the light will function in two differentways:
1). Press the “ON/OFF” button once, Light will be in steady onmode
2). Press the “ON/OFF” button twice, Light will be in flashingmode.
3). Press the “ON/OFF” button third time to turn light off.
BATTERY CHARGING
If your lights begin to illuminate dimly or stays lit forshorter periods of time, you should replace the rechargeablebatteries in the following way:
1). Unscrew the base plate from solar panel
2). Replace the old batteries with new one.
WARNING:
1). Be sure that battery polarity is correct. Use onlyrechargeable batteries.
2). Dispose of old batteries responsibly
