REFLECTORS 

1, Gold Reflector: three layer genuine gold coating, fixed directly on one side of the quartz tube. It’s able to reflect 

more than 90% of IR radiation and if properly cooled it can reach the working temperature of about 600C;It is highly

reflective and directs the infrared energy at the process. It also eliminates the need for an external reflector 

 

2,White Reflector: nano coating, fixed directly on one side of the quartz tube. It’s able to reflect about the 70% of

IR radiation, so it is less effective compared to the gold one , but it can resist up to a working temperature of about 

900-1000°C;This design minimizes the time and expense of replacing external reflectors over time

 

3, No Reflector:  Used to replace existing tubes that have no reflectors.

 

4,Quartz tube: 99.99% purity quartz adopted to ensure high transparency, great shock heating resistance and high
