ENG USINGINSTRUCTION

1. Place the knifeon a solid flat surface with the cutting edge facing up, one handkeeps the sharpener, the other holds knife, make sure the otherfour fingers put in the finger guard.

2. Straddle theknifes cutting edge near the handle of the knife with the "V" notchformed in the sharpener. With the head of the sharpener at about a90 degree angle to the knives edge press down lightly using thu-mbpressure and draw the sharpener past the point of theblade.

3.To sharpenshears, hold shears with very light down-ward pressure, draw shearsharpener past the point of the blade.

4. Approximately 3or 5 passes in this manner on each blade should be sufficient toreturn your shears to“new” sharpness. More passes may be requiredon extremely dull blades.

5. Clean the knifewith the water or wiper and dry it after use and clean the knifesharpener with banister brush.

 

CAUTION

1.This knife sharpener is notsuitable for sharpening the serrated blades.
2. To avoid damaging the knife,please sharpen the knife slightly and don’ t sharpen back andforth.
3. Please put the knifesharpener and knife beyond the reach of children to avoid anyaccidents.
