After many times test, we developed the safest method to pack themarble items, like the follow-wooden crate with plastic film inside.
In case any damages incurred, please send us a claim with picturesattached as soon as possible (no later than72hours).
We will dispatch our carrier to do inspection. After necessaryreview/verification, the damage belongs to original defects or ourpacking fault, we will arrangeto replacement parts for you.
