COCO PEAT PROCESS
Coco peat is Collected and storedwhere it is watered & washed to reduce the EC levels(Electrical Conductivity). The Washing is done periodically &the Peat is tested for the EC. once the EC is tested for desiredlevels the Peat is screened for Particle size and Sand removal. TheSieving is done with respect to buyer''s requirement. This allowsthe Peat to contain Fibre at Desired levels. The Peat is compactedinto desired size blocks of 5kgs or 650 gram.

Coco pith is an ideal soilre-conditioner, soil structure improver, better alternative to peatmoss with excellent water holding capacity. Filled with rootstimulating hormones. The coir blocks are of two differentcategories which are Low E.C (low electrical conductivity) and HighE.C (High Electrical Conductivity). Coir Pith blocks areappreciated for the anti-fungal properties. Clients use theseblocks to protect the plants from root diseases including fungusinfection in vegetable gardens, bedding plants, grape farms, fruitfarms hydroponics, and potted plant.
Coco peat has innumerableadvantages in the agricultural and domestic gardening. Someof them are in potting mix, horticulture cultivation, nursery bedsfor seedlings, in gardens to conserve water, orchids, mushroomcultivation, plantation crops etc. The main advantage is that thevaluable nitrogen is preserved in coco peat and moisture content isretained mainly in potting mix in home gardening. Cocopeat is a multi purpose growing medium, that is very easy touse. Its high air filled porosity and high water holding capacitymakes it the ideal medium for all plant growing applications. Cocopeat is an excellent substrate for vegetable, fruit and cut flowercrops. It has many applications as an effective soil conditionerand soil-free substrate.
