Our workers of decoration shop areresponsible for decal, they pay attention to each detail and thenwe can ensure the high quality decoration. In this part, we arewell done in decaling, roasting and testing.
-The quality Test
Semi-finished product qualityinspection is a very serious process. Workers carefully check theglass bottles whether they have the defects in bubbles, bottleneck,flaw, joint line , surface quality, ect. After roasting the decalbottles, we have to test the integrity of the decals. We promisethat our bottles are high qualityproducts.
-The packingand transportation
We use strong andsturdy cartons to pack the bottles, it can reduce the breakage ofthe products during transport. To meet the customers’ requirements,pallet is another option. In the loading and unloading process, thestaff will pay attention to the fragility of glass products. Wewill do our best to ensure the safetransport.
