We first began providing qualityproducts and services in 1975 in Hong Kong and with the expandingcapabilities and service offerings over years; we are currently oneof the major exporter of stainless steel cookware, KitchenAccessories, Tabletops and Catering products.
Located in Huizhou, China,Winnington''s 84, 000 square meters manufacturing facility houses avariety of state-of-the-art machinery and technology. Withheadquarter in Hong Kong, our employees are experienced and highlytrained in order to help our customers achieving the objectives.Our Management and Sales personnel are knowledgeable in thehouseware industry. In 2007, Winnington developed a newbusiness model by revamping our manufacturing and replenishmentprocesses which offers our customers the competitive advantages ofrapid delivery lead time, very high due-date performance, abilityto handle small batches and small minimum order quantities.Building on these supply capabilities, our distribution solutionoffers our customers superior in-stock position and much fasterinventory turns.

Our Scope of ManufacturingCapabilities
Winnington is specialized inmanufacturing stainless steel housewares products since 1975. Ourproduction lines use high-quality machinery for precisionengineering.
The manufacturing process of eachproduct is specially designed by our production engineers tooptimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The combination ofautomation and manual expertise gives much flexibility in theproduct forms and surface finishing that we can accomplish. Withthe in-house tooling workshop and a group of not compromisingengineers whom is aspired by making products which we could notmake yesterday, we want to discover new points of differentiationwith our customers in their product strategies.
1) Forming
Our state-of-the-art hydraulicdeep drawing machines, extensive welding equipments and techniques(laser welding, argon-welding, roll-welding, spot welding) andlost-wax stainless steel casting enable us to form variety ofshapes, from vase with diagonally scored creating warped invertedsurfaces to elephant-shaped money bank. From a cube-shaped salt& pepper to a double-walled party bucket in 50cm diameter. Ourteam is excited to take the challenges of the innovative ideas inyour mind.
2) SurfaceFinishing
Winnington has long tradition ofhigh-quality stainless steel polishing by both manual operationsand semi-automatic machinery, manifests the most beautiful aspectof this metal. To serve different functional and aestheticrequirements, we also have finishing options like water-based PTFEnon-stick coating (PFOA-free) by different brands, ceramic coating,PVD coating, powder coating, patent-pending oxidizing treatment,electrolytic polishing, sand blasting, etc. Our non-stick coatingline is well equipped with arc-spray facilities which allow us tosupply cookware with the toughest, longest lasting and the mostdurable non-stick coating in the world.
3) OtherFacilities & Expertise
Our plastic injection facilities giveus the capabilities of producing wide range of plastic housewareitems.
We are particularly strong inproducing plastic items like bakelite handles for cookware, coffeemakers and teapots. This presents more choices and varieties inhandle fittings for different aesthetic and ergonomicconsiderations. Other facilities include impact bonding machines ofup to 2500 tons, vacuum machine, laser and electro-etchingmachines, etc to cater production needs of houseware products ofvarious categories.

All processes in Winnington arecertified by SGS and comply with ISO9001 since 2001. Throughstate-of-art production, comprehensive and systematic checks inevery phases of the production process (material, precision,function and physical appearance), precise instruments and theexperienced quality management team, we ensure that all theproducts which leave the factories satisfy the strictestrequirements of the industry.
We are a lawful, ethical, quality andsafety-minded business classified as the Class AA Enterprises(China Customs highest credit rating) by the State GeneralAdministration of Customs.
Our products comply with industrialstandards including GSV, CMA, EN, NSF, LFGB, DIN, JIS as requiredin the respective market.
Our factory has passed the GlobalSecurity Verification (GSV) audit for supply chain security (Sameas C-TPAT) and the factory audits of quality procedure and ethicalcode of major international retailers. Reference is available uponinquiry.
