mold charge need pay in advance.We will return the charge once thequantity enough.

Quality Control
1.Material quality control
All the silicone rubber materials are imported from Germany, USAand Japan, passing the SGS/FDA certification. We inspect again whenreceive the materials according to MIL-105E and our inspectionstandard. If everything is reach the mark, we willaccept.
2.Manufacturing process and shippment control
1)Any work procedure step are basised on the MI.
2)All the goods'' appearance are 100% inspected by the workersaccording to the confirmed sample. also the IPQC will spot check.
3).once the goods are finished before packing, it need to passFQC.
4).Before shippment, OQC, if OK will put the "proofmark" and "ROHSmark", send the storehouse and delivery.
3. Quality correction and improvement
Any question in manufacturing process, we will discuss in meetingand correct immediatelly. Then write domn the reports of correctionand improving methods.
We will have a meeting to discuss "QUALITY" regularly or withoutday, to improve themanagement to attain our customers''requirement
