VIKRANT hoistare manufactured in compliance to IS 3938 to meet Class II, III,& IV duty applications.

Hoistingmachinery consists of Motor, Brake, Gear box, Rope Drum, Wire rope,Control Panel etc... Hoisting machinery serves the purpose ofmoving loads vertically as well as transferring them one point ofthe area covered by the machinery into another.

GearBox

All gearboxesused in the cranes are totally enclosed in dust proof construction.Gears are machined from Alloy Steel and Hardened. All Gearing isenclosed in a rugged steel housing and is oil / grease splashlubricated.

BRAKES:

Suitable ElectroMagnetic AC Disc / Electro Magnetic AC Shoe Type / Electrohydraulic Thruster type brakes are provided in all motions. Theseare automatically released when the motor circuit is on & areapplied when the motor

circuit is off.This features works as a positive safety device as the brakesautomatically comes into operation when the power supplyfails.

ROPE DRUM & ROPEGUIDE:

Steel drums areprecision machine cut fabricated from seamless pipe / plate havingeither single or double grooved configurations. Hoists are equippedrope guides to prevent over lapping of the rope on the drum and toextend rope life.

LIMITSWITCHED:

Upper and lowerhoisting limit switches are standard equipments.

BOTTONBLOCK:

Bottom Blocksare equipped with protective guard around the rope opening. Shanktype forged Hook is as per IS 3815 swivel on thrustbearings.

CONTROLPANEL:

The easy toservice control panels consists of standard make of heavy dutycontactors, over load relay, transformers and other associatedequipments. All Hoists are suitable for three phases 415 v - 10%,50 Hz, AC supply, other power supply types on request.
