Apllications

Introduction ofPDC 

PDC is made of diamondmicro-powder and hard tungsten carbide under high temperature andhigh pressure. It possess of high wear resistance like diamond, atthe same time the impact resistance like tungsten carbide andthat’s made it the best material as a drill bit cutter. ReinforcedPDC has higher dense diamond powder, claw tungsten carbidesubstrate made the two layers solid as whole one.
