3. Life Time Warranty
a. Any tool branded with GENIUS Tools is warranted against anydefects in materials and workmanship.
b. Any tool that fails to give satisfactory service due todefective materials or workmanship will, after inspection, berepaired or replaced free of charge, provided it is shipped prepaidto GENIUS Tools service center along with a copy of proof ofpurchase.
c. At our discretion, GENIUS Tools may also provide a refund bycrediting customer with an amount equal to the original purchaseprice.
d. The warranty period takes effect from the date of purchase bythe customer from GENIUS distributor. Tool that qualifies forwarranty shall be returned to your distributor. A copy of theinvoice proving the date of purchase from the distributor will berequired in the event of a claim under the warranty.
e. Consumable products are warranted, at the time of sale, onlyagainst defects in workmanship or materials that prevent their use.Consumable products are goods reasonably expected to be used up ordamaged during use.
